Finally, the result for this year’s much-anticipated Philippine Blog Awards is now out and true to form, the winners truly deserve the honors as well as those who were selected as finalists and semi-finalists. Actually, every blogger out there is already a winner for just having participated in this very veritable endeavor. The people behind the Philippine Blog Awards are worthy of our gratitude for having started this wonderful undertaking for surely, they inspire us all bloggers to always do our best, and even if we do not try as hard, still the Awards is a form of recognition that all of us bloggers should be thankful for. So, I thank the Philippine Blog Awards for the honor of just being included in this yearly contest. By the way, Where Now Is The Citizen On Mars? was also a finalist in the Best Informative Blog Category. My other site The Daily Prophet ended up in third place also in the Most Informative Blog Category.

Thank you also for always updating me on this, ikaw yata ang nag-nominate sakin eh, haha. Nagulat nalang ako nang nag-email sila sakin na nominee ang 2 sites ko. 3. You deserved every honor Sol because of the great things you have achieved in the field of blogging in so short a time. Ako nga, ang nag-nominate sa site ninyo. In fact, I have nominated many others but some just didn’t go through for some reason. I guess you have to accept the nomination before it becomes finalized. Congrats talaga sa yo and salamat sa pagbati.

Hi Ms. Luchie. Thank you very much for your salutation. You and our other fellow bloggers makes blogging all the more inspiring and truly worthwhile.

  4. Wow. Both your blogs were shortlisted for the “Most Informative Blog.” That’s a great honor, Major Tom.

How come they don’t have the “Most Senseless Blog?” That could have been my only chance at popularity in the Sphere. Where can I forward my complaint?

  5. Ha..ha…I guess the people behind the awards would have to contend with your complaints. Kung me funniest blogger of the year, I think you are a shoo-in…Joking aside, I do believe that your blog should be there pero sayang hindi nga na-nominate. Siguro next year would be your year.

Thanks for the greetings. I am deeply honored.

  7. Quite frankly, I have some doubts about the integrity of this so-called “blog awards”, which I would like to keep to myself. But just the same, kudos to you.
